The coffee cups are leaking and that's not safe with HOT coffee in them. Could you tell me why this might be happening? Anita

Love the product but turn around time could be improved. Ordered both 20oz and 16oz cups at the same time and 20oz cups came about one month before the 16oz

The turn around times never line up or make sense. It’s actually causing us to look at other company’s atm. Overall work is amazing just a long process to order.

I am working with other vendors for better pricing. These costs are just too high for small businesses.
