orders take too long to be processed and delivered.

The turnaround time is a killer for small businesses. Would consider buying once turnaround times meet industry standards of 7-10 days; not just a promotion of 1 month adjusted turnaround times that was emailed to customers.

So when we finally received the cups they were great! But because their email went to my spam account I didn’t see until several days later after ordering and then it took several weeks for the cups to ship. Luckily they showed up the day before we needed them. I had written several emails and didn’t hear back so finally called to make sure they were ordered and still coming. I guess I’d say if they could give you a time frame of when they will be done when placing order that would be helpful. Overall great product.
