Customer Service was awesome! I'm a little concerned with the amount of plastic cups which are telescoping and remain stuck together during our busiest times.

Product is great, pricing is fair, lead times are tough as I didn't realize how low i was until i have about 2 weeks worth of inventory left and had to use a substitute (unbranded) cup for about a month. Will be keeping more cups in stock here and ordering when we get halfway through them.

Great company very great pricing for products that are quality biggest draw back is shipping costs

It took longer than we were prepared for to get the cups, but once they did arrive we were very pleased with the product!

The lead times are clearly posted, but I feel excessive. Also, the plastic sleeves for the cups are very cheap. If you try and pull the sleeve out of the packaging box, it usually tears apart and the cups spill out.
