Very solid cups.

Cups look great. A large amount of them get stuck together and are impossible to pull apart. Unfortunately they won’t refund unless it is reported within a small window which is difficult for a small business that doesn’t go through the cups that fast.

Missing a sleeve of 25 cups. Color was not correct. Very unreasonable process to get any help with an order.

Fast shipping, responsive layout support. Product looks professional but has a off putting aroma from the print.

The quality was wonderful, but the products were extremely delayed. We did not get them in the estimated time, and they took substantially longer, so we had to find temporary solutions for our business during the delay.
