It is okay as long as it is free. Haven't noticed an increase in sales from the after sales emails and their pricing tiers are so expensive that it is completely prohibitive for a small business to take advantage of the extra features.

Disappointed that I received 'blank' to post a review - there's a text with a link above is very small to read and the background is black - can't hardly see, although my eye sight is perfect.Just wish this could be improved to be more user-friendly and not blank, users are now aware to click any links. I have mentioned this before so it looks like my point of view has been ignored

now way too expensive for small startup business' like ours!!
