Initially, many integrations and things were promised but they never delivered. Now they offered a new premium service that is priced way above small business owners. I had been among the first paying premium members that paid in full for 2 years, but our plans were just converted and the premium status was not honored. Otherwise it's ok.

I don't see the tons of reviews I'm being told I'm getting. Furthermore when I receive a prompt to push a review to social media when I click on the button to follow that suggestion the review that comes up is an old one and the new one is nowhere to be found.

This software is ok for getting what it says done ie auto collection of reviews. But beware that a whole chunk of the features mentioned like google pla integration and ability to reply to reviews require being on the yotpo tier that costs $1,000 a month. This is well out of reach of the average small to medium online business.

It is unfortunate that someday soon I have to stop using your service because you don't have a solution for the newer versions of OpenCart. Also, do to the customized theme that I have every time you release an update, I am unable to install it so I can't use the features.

We've been with Yotpo since the beginning and have always like their service. However, their new plans are way overpriced and they've basically forgotten about all their grandfathered clients. All new features go to the new plans and they give the ones grandfathered in to old pricing nothing. Want the new features? Upgrade! No thanks. Truthfully, you aren't worth the amount you want to charge. Seems you've lost your way from where you started out. I can think of quite a few store owners offhand that have stopped using Yotpo or just haven't used you due to the huge increases in pricing.
