Great plugin but the premier program it’s to expensive for a little companies

the system no longer allows us to post to our social media

we absolutely love yacht patio and would love to be able to share these reviews with our customers on social media. But $299 a month? Outrageous. Otherwise, we love the reviews that we get from our customers.

Yotpo has good potential if it can sort some fundamental shortcomings. There is currently no review schema aggregation for Google searches. This seriously needs sorting. We are running a Bigcommerce site and it seems such a shame that this is not able to work properly.

This is a great app that I use on two websites. Sadly I will not use it on any other site since the price is way too expensive now. I am a member of commerce forums and a lot of people complain about it (price wise) and it’s obvious that other solutions are available for cheaper and/or will come to a much better deal for most commerce store owners. The code and admin area is one of the most confusing that I know. And I’ve used (and built) a lot of UI. I haven’t seen the new interface yet but I sure hope they have made improvements. The reply and ask question buttons are not obvious. I get a lot of my reviewers who get questions from my users… Why? They also get confused because they receive an email saying someone is asking a question to them on my site and don’t know what to do next. This s a really bad customer experience and it feels like I’m responsible for it. I can recommend the app if you have money and know your way around code. But it’s not easy to configure and setup with all options properly.
