Things change and we were caught by surprise in the time we used this product. Overall the product is good and mature and development is good, new features come steadily. What we have an issue with is changes, changes that affect our site, of which we didn't receive notifications. It happened twice.

It would be nice it could be possible to comment reviews of clients from the begining. You have to be premium client for allowing this functionality. How is it possible to be a premium member paying 400$/month when starting a business? Sometimes is mandatory to answer some reviews but there's not option when begining with a bussiness project. Yotpo skipped one step pretending their clients paying so much from the begining? Something intermediate maybe? The service is good. Missing some customised design options to be perfect. Thanks
