I do like the features but find there is a huge price difference between packages. Reviews are important, but I do feel this is priced too high.

we love your service but these features would be appreciated: 1: currently we can create a review page using the code snippet you provide - it would be great if we could customise what the user sees - for example, just show reviews for certain products, don't show our website reviews etc etc - if there is a way to do this currently let us know! 2: we have multiple country stores for our brand - would be great if there was an easy way to collate all these reviews and share them on each store and using the snippet above? currently we need to use an exel sheet, do it manually - short story is we don't because we don't have the time! thanks yotpo

I really like the service, but the possibilities are few free and premium version is too expensive.

Yotpo is working great for our company, new reviews coming everyday, and the starter package is good. The pro package is very expensive for the value that It offers. You should think also in accept payments month to month for the pro package the idea of pay for a whole year this very expensive fee held us from get the pro package.

Hi Guys, definitely great reviews app, My only feedback is that the system is pretty much locked down in the backend when it comes to design. Any new feature sets you are adding are not on any of the existing plans so instead of trying to add value to keep customers you are just trying to get a bigger piece of the pie, for and already pricing review solution.
