This is the first time buying at the Xcel Energy Store. Item delivery was 3.5 weeks slow. Not exactly sure why; the only glitch.

Service and prices are good, but communication not so much. very difficult to understand the various savings programs.

My order shipped to the billing address rather than the shipping address I provided on my order.
