Shipped quickly

Was supposed to get free shipping with signing up for the AC program and purchasing a smart thermostat, but there's no way to do that on the site. I called in and spoke with a very nice customer service lady, who filled out a bunch of paperwork for me, had me pay upfront for shipping to be reimbursed, but I still have not received anything regarding the $$. Should have been very simple and easy, that's why only 3 stars.

Took longer than I expected, but did arrive!

It took a while to arrive but all the bulbs were in perfect condition

It would of been nice if, they would of told me what I needed to connect the thermostat or change the old one out.
