Had difficult time submitting online order due to addressing issues - though you do not ship to PO Boxes, my billing address of record is my PO Box. Your software kept rejecting my submission because my billing address is a PO Box. Finally was able to submit with Post Office street address as first line and PO Box as second line of Billing Address. Credit/debit cards are normally declined if Billing address submitted does not match record Also, never received notice of shipment email as expected, but received order in only few days. Satisfied with pricing and service otherwise.

Well, on the items, the price of the shipping was a bit much considering how long it all took to arrive.

The plastic used for the newer switch housings is not suitable for the heat that can be produced by the roller contacts and for sure the heat needed to unsolder the winding leads.

I seem to be having trouble. My uses only include using 60/40 lead based rosin core solder to repair electronics. The Tip Applicator does nothing to assist solder to adhering to the new Weller Soldering Tips. In fact, I get slightly better results dipping the tip into the Rosin Soldering Flux. Radio Shack Soldering Tips were copper and solder flowed onto the tip very nicely, and was easy to keep clean. I just am not getting the desired results with these new Weller Soldering Tips. WLC100 soldering station is what I have to work with. I bought these 3 tips to rework a PC Motherboard that has bad capacitors. Looks like I better practice on a junk motherboard firs as I do not feel these tips are going to do a very good job. I had trouble soldering an extension wire onto a Video Card Fan to change the connector to what was on the Video Card. I never had problems like this when I was using a cheap Radio Shack 40W soldering iron using their copper tips. Sure the copper did not last all that long, but I could dress them up with a file and extend the use of it.

Never got my delivery. Unhappy with the service
