I received my order. Took

I received my order. Took 18 days to arrive. Part was damaged. I have provided pictures . Volvo would not pay return shipping. Failure to communicate.

Old school trick of making shipping label with no product

Needed a part and even paid for rush service. They created a shipping label with no product in stock and had no intention of letting me know until I called. I did get a refund with little trouble.

Order good - Shipping bad

I ordered a part on July 28th, it is Aug 10th and it has yet to be delivered. Ordering and fulfillment was excellent (the reason for the 2nd star in the rating) It was shipped through USPS and that is where everything went wrong: 1. The info the link provides is useless 2. The package sat in Texas without movement for 5 days 3. The package then moved to Springfield MA and sat there for 5 days 4. The last report is that it is in transit to no specific location (3 days) Summary: The order got out pretty quick - one or two days (excellent). Not sure what class of service the $23 shipping fee I paid, but I would call it the ’slow boat to china’ class of service. If you want to improve your service, you should choose a different method of shipping.

Throttle body/customer service

I tried reaching out many times to get a new replacement throttle body because my throttle body is got is defective. I still have test to hear back

No Refund

I didn’t get a refund for an item I returned. It wasn’t the part that I needed so I sent it back. No refund 2weeks later.
