Customer Service Slow to respond
I received an open part and the volvo dealership was unable to install. Vin was not verified on website but dealership did confirm correct part. It was apparent that it was a used item and previously returned as the box was retapped with a different tape and had home branded food ziplock holding the screws. If the part was new this may have been a 5 star. Waiting for email replies going on two weeks.

Radio silence.
I received the wrong part for my car. I emailed the company and they asked for the order number before they could submit a refund. I did so and it’s been 5 days later and no word. I am disappointed.
