Website is difficult to find parts on however the sales staff was very helpful on the phone

Seller (Mary) did not tell us that there was a discount for Costco members. Also, she did not send a Volvo hat as promised. Price was high.

I thought I would have received a reply to h the he email I sent to the sender, nothing!

I have not yet received my order. I did receive two emails back-to-back. One to say the item is backordered 4-6 weeks, the other to say the item has shipped. I'm not sure what to believe there. That's about all I can say for now until I receive the order.
