Item arrived broken due to poor packaging. I was able to use zip ties to secure item rather than dealing with return processing and wait time for new part.

So far from New York. . .

I live in New York. Unfortunately, the store cannot deliver an original battery for my XC90 to me. The store recommends buying one locally in New York. I received high-quality original windshield wiper blades from the store, unlike the ones I bought a month ago in New York. This is the reason why I haven't bought a battery locally in New York yet. I regret that I am so far from Sweden and also so far from the online store "My Swedish Parts".

Price can be flexible even if you decline some services

I went in for a software update, I had to tell my service provider at the shop, four times that I just wanted a software update, and I still got charged $299. 00 for a diagnostic I did not ask for and declined 4 times. I just wanted a software update as mentioned here.

Ordered 2 items, gave the

Ordered 2 items, gave the vin and specifically asked for the left side. The smaller of the 2 items was the wrong side. When I contacted customer service about sending out the correct piece, they wanted me to jump through all kinds of hoops. I gave up.
