Order process and delivery time were both good. Part quality as expected. But the part I ordered came with another part that was unexplained (e. g. , What is it? How do I use it? Did I pay for it?) There has been no response to a follow up email requesting info for a week now.

Thanks for correcting the wrong part I got and returning the shipping price for the 2nd mailing. We get 10% locally at VOLVO. Adjusting the shipping costs or price point makes you more competitive. The drive and related costs are a nice savings. I thank you and will refer you.

I was replacing my 2018 V90CC support battery box and lid. Received two lids when I only ordered one. Contacted them and they sent a return authorization shipping label, so had to pack and ship it back. Also they couldn’t answer a question I asked about nut inserts I thought were missing in the box but later discovered were in the assembly connected to front of box.

Part went on a road trip. Tracked the part it was misrouted around the country before finally being delivered.

These ridiculously expensive headlamp assemblies require some form of programming to work. There was zero mention of that when I called about them. Imagine our disappointment when we installed them and they didn’t work.
