Sent for new Volvo wiper blades, and so far they have been very good!

Although initial contact took a little longer to get feedback and information, the service that was provided was accurate and prompt. A little pricey, but what do you expect, these are Volvo parts. All in all a good experience and I will use again if/when the time comes.

Ordering the parts were not the issue, that went very well, trying to get someone to help me figure out to install the part is the issue, I tried three time to talk to someone, and was not able to

I ordered front windshild wipers and a back windshield wiper. The Front wipers were new in original packaging meant to surivive shipment. The back wiper was loose in the box, not in the original packaging so probably used or an earlier return and as a result small plastic parts were broken off. Too much trouble to send back. I have already bought a replacement. Bad show guys.
