Wrong part

Third party parts are notoriously mis identified. I have received far too many parts that are not for my car. No more third party purchases for me.

Paid o more for shipping and it took ove a week to arrive in the US Mail, not even express. Source some other way.

I placed an order for

I placed an order for a part through Volvo Wholesale Parts and they sent me the wrong part number. Their website indicates that when this happens, they will send a return label so the part can be returned and the correct part can be sent. But now they aren't responding to my emails. This is shitty service.

Annoyed

Initially ordered a few parts on saturday 9/8. I called same day to be charged extra for expedited delivery. The person on the phone told me Monday which id assume is 9/10. Super quick turn around but it sounded like it could be possible. Monday comes around no order. Tuesday no order. I call Wednesday morning because at that point I didn't have tracking information to check the status. The person on the phone says Friday. Thursday comes around and it looks like half my order came. Cool great but I need it all. Friday comes around and no tracking information. I call again. They had to have it shipped from another location and they apparently missed the delivery time or something even though mind you I ordered last Saturday. I'm told that it will be here Monday 9/18. Finally it looks like my tracking has finally updated as of 8:20 on 9/15 and the expected delivery is Wednesday 9/20. 12 days for expedited delivery. I have placed a few other orders and this seems like the normal time for shipping not expedited.

Wrong color sent

Although I included the VIN number to insure a correct match, you sent the wrong color. My car is osmium grey, NOT flamenco red.
