My order never arrived

I purchased my item almost a month ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. The store hasn't done anything about it, only told me they're verifying it. I think I'll proceed to claim a refund from my bank for the undelivered merchandise.

Difficult Exchange

Received a faulty part and it took almost two weeks to get a replacement shipped to me. I had to call three separate times in order to get them to send it - the first two times they told me they were going to and then just didn’t. And then I had to make a fourth call in order to get a tracking number because they didn’t send me one and it came late. I also asked them to change the address since I had mistakenly put the wrong one on the initial order, and they told me they would and read the address back to me, but low and behold they still used the original. And to top it all off, they ended up mistakenly refunding me from the return, so I had to go out of my way to pay them back (and had to use a debit card since the payment portal had a credit card surcharge, because of course it did). Would not order from here again.

Poor

Worst shopping experience. Ordered yet product never arrived. They were stuck at USPS shipment prep status probably just a shipping label made. No update whatsoever for weeks. I finally reached out to request an update. Order just cancelled. Gave a benefit of a doubt and reordered. Same thing, WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION, order is cancelled.
