Several times I’ve ordered parts only to get an email saying you don’t have an issuing a refund. Shouldn’t be on your website. I’m not doing business with you.

I didn't get what I asked for
I selected the code for the rear wiper blade of my 2015 XC70 and was sent the rear wiper blade for the XC60s that began manufacture in 2018. I selected the paint touch up for the 2019 XC60 and only one of the bottles was in the box. The box is supposed to contain both the paint and the top coat. It even reads on the front label that it's supposed to be two containers. It's only one container. On top of what I requested I had to pay shipping on the order. I've had no response to my email.

Bearing bracket
Package to slow. Dealership middle man is ridiculous. Shipping directly to customer would be much quicker and efficient. Crest Volvo parts department sat on part for 2 days before re-mailing out to customer.

Wrong part
The old unit was an 8 pin plug, your part was a 9 pin plug since it was installed before discovery, cannot be returned as is an electrical part.
Took old one apart and cleaned all contacts and is working for now

Too long to get tracking number
Too long to ship. 3 Weeks since order was placed items which showed as in stock. I was almost on the verge of canceling when I received the shipment mail. Have tracking number, but, awaiting delivery now ....
