Order with various stores

Ordered a camera cover for the outside mirror and website showed it in stock. After no movement on order for several days, I contacted the 1-800 # and employee couldn't find order. Advised to call Columbus store. Called there and order was found, but item was on order with Ford with no expected delivery date. I asked if 1 of their 3 dealerships showed it in stock and 1 did. I then had to call that dealership to complete my order and get part sent to me. This should have either been done in the background of the system or an employee should have done the steps I did to complete the order. All employees were nice and respectful on phone, I just would have liked me not having to call to Jumpstart the part being shipped.

Parts are good but customer service was lacking

Parts did not ship as advertised on the site. When I messaged asking for an update I never received one. Then I called and got bounced around and told to call another number for RAM parts. When I finally got some one there they said my order got "lost" which is why it hadn't processed and that they would ship it the next day. They did not ship it the next day it was the following week and luckly they UPS it to me because my order finally arrived 1 day before we were moving out of state.
