Order with various stores
Ordered a camera cover for the outside mirror and website showed it in stock. After no movement on order for several days, I contacted the 1-800 # and employee couldn't find order. Advised to call Columbus store. Called there and order was found, but item was on order with Ford with no expected delivery date. I asked if 1 of their 3 dealerships showed it in stock and 1 did. I then had to call that dealership to complete my order and get part sent to me. This should have either been done in the background of the system or an employee should have done the steps I did to complete the order. All employees were nice and respectful on phone, I just would have liked me not having to call to Jumpstart the part being shipped.
