It has been good until now. I’m about to start looking for a different RO system that works.

Poor delivery and support with such damage to the product during shipment.

No joy

I got a new water softener, but they did not remove my old one after the new installation. I was told that they would call back and setup a time to pick up the old water softener but that never happened. My old water softener is still sitting in my basement. I absolute hate being told something will be done and then it never happens. New water softener works fine, but I wish I didn’t have the old one still taking up space in the basement.
