After testing my water thru them, they recommended Defender 8000 GPD Whole House RO System, after 3 month suffer smell appeared, they told me to add Sulfer removal system (technician told me that they gave me the wrong product the 1st time. months later I requested a warranty replacement to Riley (Emailed Josi Martinez back in Jan 5-2022) AS A TODAY THEY HAVE NOT TAKING CARE OF BOTH ITEMS, I EXPECT SOME TO REACH BACK TO ME ASAP.
