US Water Systems (Magento)

Only 3 of the 5 test purchased and completed received test results. That’s a failure by any standard!

It was a terrible experience; I did not get my water test result, and after calling for days, I was told that my sample was lost. My water sample was submitted almost a month ago. I would not recommend anyone using the US water system. At this point, I was waiting for my refund.

Customer service had no solutions or advice for the leaking housing

Shipped broken filters and still waiting for replacements or money back
