As indicated, you lost our test, didn't notify us and have not refunded the charge. I would never recommend you

I’m missing parts from my order. Submitted an online request. Never heard back.

Do not expect quick shipping on replacement parts or high quality fittings.

It seems that I can only get cracked filters from US Water systems, and no response back from customer service.
