Doesn’t work properly one earphone

loud but they starts fuzzing up the audio bc of the connection problems. and it dies quickly.

Unable to connect both ear phones to my I pad and phone , followed all the instructions several times , but could only connect one ear piece on each item I.e not both

The Urbanista Paris earphones are great for bass but they keep disconnecting, failing to pair, shutting down for no reason and mine came with a crack on one of the earphones. They have no contact number so I have wanted to return them within my 14 days by contacting them countless times on the Chat option. However, no response at all. I purchased around the 22nd december and still no response. I had to go spend further money to buy Airpods instead.

The website was easy to use and my order can promptly, however after reaching out about wishing to return the set of headphones I never received a reply. The headphones weren’t up to the quality I’d hoped, the sound was slightly off and the ear padding is also uncomfortable. Really wanted to like them so it’s a shame it didn’t work out.
