Urbanista UK

I got the urbanista tokyo for over a month or so and I was only available to use them for two weeks, not even everyday or more than couple hours. At some pont I was trying to pair them wirh my phone and it never find it again. I have tried to contact the costumer service and failed. Still waiting for an answer since 10 days.

I received a pair of faulty Paris ear buds, so sent a support request (as per T&Cs). It is now 10 days since I sent this (and got the automated reply), but I have still had no reply as to how my problem will be resolved.

Probably never ever again. Costumer service reply after ages, Item arrived after 12 days. Quality is nice.

Have received my item. No connection on chat. No responses via email.

I bought 2 pairs (green and white). The green ones seem ok although the volume is pretty low but the sound quality on the white ones are absolutely awful! It sounds like I'm listening to something under water.
