I made a second order one day apart two weeks ago and the first order arrived very quickly but the second order hasn’t even shipped yet. When I contacted customer service they told me at the time of my email they were shipping orders from September 23 and on. Not a great experience and definitely not impressive.

Recd 1st order promptly. My 2nd order hasn't even been filled yet and it's been almost a week since ordered.

the product is great by Purolator shipping made it very difficult. They were not able to leave the product as i was not home during the weekdays at my apartment as busy with work. Other courier services leave a note to say a delivery was attempted with numbers to call to retrieve the package. Purolator left nothing. While I could track it on line I could not reach them to find out when and where I could pick it up. I waited on line to talk to someone for an hour and finally gave up and their on line chat option was not able to answer my question. Finally I drove to their depot on spec. in the hope that the package would be there and fortunately it was not a wasted trip and I was able to retrieve it.
