Again, shipping from Amazon is usually free for any thing over $50 and your shipping of almost $20 is gouging. You could of at least added a small bonus, like you would get if you attended a Tupperware party.

Waited a very long time to speak to a customer service rep about the second half of my order.

The only complaint I have about my experience, is the delivery company that delivers the products. They don't ring the doorbell or knock (sometimes they give a poor excuse for a knock but you have to be right at the door to hear it). The canisters came right to the door and thankfully my husband saw the delivery guy through the curtains. The measuring cups did not get delivered to the door - I had to drive downtown to the depot - pay for parking - to pick up the measuring cups. The first excuse was that they did come but we weren't home - which doesn't make sense - we were home and they never let you know they are here anyway - they just leave everything at the door - and then the excuse that our sidewalk was too icy, which I don't believe as we keep our sidewalk clear and other drivers have not had issues. That is why I give my experience 3-Stars. The experience with Tupperware for my order and shipping the products was excellent on their side but the delivery company made the experience "not great".

Prepare for a VERY long wait. It took almost a month before receiving notice that the product had been shipped. In writing this review I still have yet to receive it. They ask for reviews before product has been received is the point here. They obviously assume I have already received and used the product!!
