After years of looking at travel pro I finally ordered some luggage as cabin crew for a major worldwide international airline. I needed something sturdy reliable and looks good. Travel pro European worked. I ordered a roller two wheels tote and a deluxe tote which is the smallest option only issue I have even the smallest tote is still rather large. I was travel pro would just make a tote that would be as wide, as the smallest roller luggage they do so it fits neatly on top and doesn’t look odd. I will keep an eye out because I will eventually one day get another tote if they make a smaller version and they do need to put a key chain holder inside the smaller, than that, I’ve honestly got no complaints even though it looks like I’m moaning about the small toe. I’m not it’s good. It’s just for me a little bit still too big to sit on top of my roller other than that please use these guys they’re helpful their friendly. I’m in the quality of the bags unreal you notice a difference you can feel it’s something that I know. It’s probably gonna last longer than I’ve got left line career before I retire so I can’t highly recommend these Guys , definitely worth the money. You won’t Waste your money

I’m a flight attendant and was looking for a bag that I could use for quick there and back one day trips with a big enough section to keep an emergency overnight stay bag in case I had to nigh stop. The carry on rolling tote ( 39cm x 41cm x 22cm) is perfect for this scenario. Well made, quiet wheels and a 5 year guarantee, what’s not to like!

Great value on a medium suitcase from the EU site, and I got a colour which is unusual so it will be more visible on the baggage carousel. The couriers seemed determined not to deliver it, and not entirely sure where it went before going back to the company. The customer service I received during this was absolutely outstanding though. Magdalena kept following up and managed to resend and get it to me, when I am sure other companies would have given up immediately. I'm very happy with the product, and think it will be my new go-to when I need to check a bag. Very grateful for the effort made and the personal service!

Great value for money and it’s a breeze to take everywhere

I purchased a new bag to replace a similar one which I had continually used for abt 35 years. I have noticed minor changes but the quality is the same. Here's to another few 35 or so years of using a fabulous product
