My new MaxLite 5 arrived damaged in transit. I was so disappointed, my brand new case looking like it's already been a million miles! I emailed Customer Service and supplied them with a few photos and they said, "no problem, we will send you a replacement." Within a week I had my new suitcase in perfect order and ready to travel the world. Thank you TravelPro, I am very pleased with your prompt service.
