I placed my order on 10/08 & it arrived on 10/22, completely unacceptable. I will not be a repeat customer. You are the reason auto dealers have a bad reputation.

late delivery

I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. The delivery was unacceptably late, and there was no proper communication or update about the delay. This experience has been very frustrating and has caused serious inconvenience. I expected much better service, and this level of unreliability is unacceptable. I will seriously reconsider ordering from your company again unless clear improvements are made.

Customer service is sub-par at best.

I ordered two steering wheel bolts, one for immediate use and the other as backup, but I noticed that it didn't ship on the next working day, which was a Monday, even though the website said in green "In Stock. " The next day, Tuesday, I reached out via email and the customer service rep said (copy-paste) "these bolts i dont have them in stock, they are on backorder and dont show to come to our dealership until monday. " I really needed at least one of those bolts ASAP so I could replace my faulty clockspring, otherwise I had no airbags and was borrowing someone else's vehicle. So, I asked the customer service rep if we could please ship the one on the shelf, if there was one, then ship the second one later. I mentioned that I really needed it by Friday. The rep said "okay. We'll ship it out. " Friday rolls around and the USPS label was created at 6:31pm. Both bolts arrived on the following Friday. Safe to say that I was particularly upset. I followed up asking "hey, I see that the part didn't ship until Friday and sat on your shelf all weekend. What happened?" No response. I know its not exactly a several thousand dollar collision order or a new engine, but this is still garbage customer service.
