Complaint About Delayed Shipping and Lack of Communication
I recently received my order #6515, but I am very disappointed with the service provided. Although I paid for expedited shipping, the order took more than a week to be dispatched, which was far from the expected timeline.
During this delay, I attempted to contact your support team multiple times via messages, but none of my inquiries were answered. When I used the live chat, I was only told that my concern would be "notified," with no further action taken. It wasn’t until I called by phone that the shipment was finally processed.
While I appreciate that the item eventually arrived, the lack of communication and the unnecessary delay are unacceptable. I hope you will take steps to improve your customer service and shipping processes to avoid situations like this in the future.
