Will not order from here again.

Payed for expedited shipping. Said parts were in stock. Called 3 business days after it was ordered because still not shipped. Said they would overnight it. Still took two more days to get.

Don’t be in a hurry for it.

Super slow processing and shipping out the door. Always blaming carrier which is the easy out.

Still have not received part

I ordered my part on April 6th. I still haven't received it. It has bounced around Texas for over a week. I needed it while my car was in the shop last week. I am very unhappy.

Terrible

Order missing parts. Can’t place claim on your Extend customer portal. Multiple attempts to verify my phone number and email address despite using them for the order. Basically paid 100% for the order and received 50% of the parts.

Complaint About Delayed Shipping and Lack of Communication

I recently received my order #6515, but I am very disappointed with the service provided. Although I paid for expedited shipping, the order took more than a week to be dispatched, which was far from the expected timeline. During this delay, I attempted to contact your support team multiple times via messages, but none of my inquiries were answered. When I used the live chat, I was only told that my concern would be "notified," with no further action taken. It wasn’t until I called by phone that the shipment was finally processed. While I appreciate that the item eventually arrived, the lack of communication and the unnecessary delay are unacceptable. I hope you will take steps to improve your customer service and shipping processes to avoid situations like this in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
