The chair and customer service are great.

Eddie has been very helpful in every way

Relaxation, moving warmth, adjustable positions, so therapeutic ! This chair is helping me through recovery from surgery, and I love it! The massage vibration is not so subtle. I don’t like it very much, but then I don’t have to use it. I live in a small studio and the chair fit in very well. Very glad I bought it.

Although there were many issues with the local carrier as regards the delivery itself, the staff at Svago were accessible and helpful in the process.

I ordered this chair just based on seeing photos on the web so I was a little nervous before it arrived. As it turns out the chair not only looks amazing but is actually really comfortable. The heat functionality works well as do all the features. I got it in Toffee and the color is just beautiful and the leather is a really great quality.
