Packaging was superb! Construction equally as good. YouTube video instructions made it easy to assemble. I fall asleep almost every time I sit in it (which is my intent). I wish they had an upgrade to the PU fabric. I'm worried the fabric (and cushioning) will degrade prematurely because of my past experience with PU material and it's so soft upon first sitting. Maybe consider offering an upgraded fabric and cushioning like those used in gaming chairs (see upgraded Secretlab gaming chairs)? I find those keep me comfortable after many hours of constant use. The price point is good though I would have paid more for better fabric.

The zero gravity chair has been very comfortable. It has a great look and simple feature for ease of use. I like the long hold feature of the reclining knob that returns it back to the original position automatically. Setting it up out of the box was simple. The only part that created confusion was figuring out that the seat cushion needed to be pulled up in order to make the electrical connections needed for installation.

This chair was the exact thing we needed for support and comfort. It has proved to be exactly what you promised and we are very happy. We may need a second one now to satisfy the others in the family.
