It's my favorite chair, and I could not be more pleased. I am 6'2" and weigh 250. I hope the motor can last, and if it does not, I will ask who can repair it when the time comes.

The ZGR is an excellent chair with one and only one but major flaw. Add another 6” to the lift so that one can sit upright, like a normal chair. Its is irrational not to do so. It is such a minor change.

This chair has been a game-changer in my life. I can sit painfree for longer amounts of time due to the true zero gravity function. To fit the zero gravity definition, the feet must be higher than the heart. The Svago fits that requirement. The heat and massage applications put this over the top for extreme comfort. There are many chair manufacturers claiming their product is zero gravity, when they are little more than everyday recliners. The chair's sleek lines also offer an eclectic tone to any room.

Tried for the month and than returned. I have many issues with my spine and the memory foam fill wasn’t supportive enough for me.

The delivery team was on time and knowledgeable about the product.
