Although there were many issues with the local carrier as regards the delivery itself, the staff at Svago were accessible and helpful in the process.

I ordered this chair just based on seeing photos on the web so I was a little nervous before it arrived. As it turns out the chair not only looks amazing but is actually really comfortable. The heat functionality works well as do all the features. I got it in Toffee and the color is just beautiful and the leather is a really great quality.

I have suffered with lumbar disc issues for over a decade, with a very big setback just a few months ago that had me in acute pain and distress. I purchased this chair hoping it would help and I truly believe it’s been the key to my slow, but steady, recovery. At first I wasn’t sure how I felt about the power recline, but now I love it! The heat is awesome and so therapeutic. Like others, I’m not the biggest fan of the massage. I wish you could turn down the intensity/customize it further. I still use it sometimes, though. Because of my injury I do add another pillow under my lower back, and part of me wishes I’d tried the Svago model that comes with the pillow. This chair is still a godsend, regardless!

Although I was not able to physically evaluate a Svago ZGR chair, the price discount offered on the website made the uncertainty worthwhile. I'm very glad I took the risk. Delivery took less than 2 weeks, when I was expecting a month wait. The installation & set-up was simple and straightforward, and the ZGR meets all my hopes & expectations. Hopefully, I'll continue to enjoy it for many years.
