Had to ask for my book to be shipped....

I never received the product. and was being charged for it. Customer service never responded to my messages.

I wanted a refund because this was so bad and I didn’t even want it and no one contacted me back.

The book took forever to arrive. I needed it to study for my exam. By the time it arrived, I had already taken the exam. Waste of money.

I purchased an electronic book, tried to access it and could not. I sent an email and did not get a timely response. I do not recommend purchasing electronic books from Springer Publishing currently.
