Horrible. Did not help me pass the exam.

I am very disappointed in this program. It does not keep accurate track or study points as advertised. Each task it gives are too long to be able to finish in one day or even two. Originally the advertisement said it would divide each task in daily chunks but that was not true. When I posted in the discussion forum the response was that I was just using the program wrong. And then I recently took a practice exam to see where I stood. And after I wanted to know if my score was a passing score so I posted in the discussion forum to ask and apparently Dawn Apgar responded saying that there is no such thing as passing a practice exam. Yes, there is such a thing because I am taking this practice exam as a simulation to the actual exam which I will have to pass. On the ad for the practice exam it even states that taking a practice exam will guarantee passing on the test. So you can pass a practice exam. Overall I regret buying this program I have been using an alternative program to do my studying and have progressed more in the content in a single week compared to using this program which literally takes almost 3 weeks to finish a task. You all are expecting us to remember all this information and you are not accurately preparing students for the majority of questions on the exam which is the reasoning based question. This program is geared towards recall questions as it has you just read straight pages of information but recall questions only make up very small of the test. I would like a refund still as this program was very expensive and it not worth nor helpful of my time

I ordered this April 7, it took over 10 days to ship the item. When it finally arrived end of April I found one section was only printed on one side. I contacted customer service who said a replacement would be shipped to me. It’s May 24 and I still have not received the replacement. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no answer. I have a friend who ordered these in February and also encountered the same issue. Very disappointing
