www.springerpub.com/

Took a month to get the book without any notification on when it would arrive.

There is no way to access the textbook via a mobile app. There is also no offline access. This means I have very little access when traveling and has disadvantaged me in successfully completing assignments for my course. Other publishers have more access options.

Company wouldn't cancel my order, had to pay shipping to return my book. Refund took a long time.

Not a real ebook. This "ebook" was just a link to their web page. The book cannot be downloaded or read on any form of eReader or read offline at all. I would not have purchased it if I knew it was not a real ebook. And there's no refunds! I will avoid Springer going forward.

Academic publishing is a racket.
