This was a horrible experience with Springer publishing. I ordered my book for this class in the beginning of September when my semester started, and did not receive it until my semester was over. I even paid for expedited shipping. I have tried contacting them on the phone and also wrote an email, but they never write back. WHO DO I CONTACT TO GET MY MONEY BACK???

I NEED A REFUND. I ORDERED THIS BOOK 9/5/25, PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING, AND DID NOT RECEIVE IT UNTIL 11/17/25, ONE DAY AFTER MY SEMESTER ENDED. I HAVE TRIED OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS TO COMMUNICATE VIA IG, E-MAIL, and PHONE, and HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. DO *NOT* ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I have not recieved the book I purchased as of today.

Never received access to download or access my digital book. I reached out to customer service and they never contacted me back. Fraudulent!!

Very bad service. Book is not delivered even after 2 months. Finally cancelled.
