I had to purchase the program twice and I need a refund for one of them but no now ever responded to me from your customer service.

I order this on September 19 and have never received it. I emailed the company three different times and called and left a voicemail. They told me they were shipping it out when they emailed me back after my voicemail. However, it has been over a week since then and there has been no shipping update and I have not received the study guide or a refund as requested.

No customer service response to my inquiry

The user interface to search for topics in the book is terrible

Book return for refund is not in keeping with the stated return policy of 30 days. Totally unacceptable that I had to wait two months to receive a full refund after three repeated follow-ups with the customer service representative by email only.
