Too many errors on this app

Overall I found my order 10+ days late. Then I still have not find my code for the PMHNP-BC certification. I was able to find my code for NP Certification Booster Pharmacology Q&A and I was able to practice right away, but I don't know where my code and why I can't gain aceess to it. If at all possible at this point I'd rather just get the book instead.
