I paid for the book - a practical guide to EMDR Therapy - over 2 months ago. I have received no emails advising the book has been dispatched but a request for a review has been sent to me which suggests your system says the book has been sent and delivered - it hasn’t! Please refund as the book is now available in Australia, the purpose of ordering from yourselves was to gain early access (when I ordered, I had just attended 2 days training in Bali with Ad de Jong).

Really crappy, order was super late and didn't get shipped until contacting cs several times. Then i didn't get refunded ater a return until 2 months later after i took the initiative once again to ask what in the heck was happening. Slow and inept. Avoid

There is a lot of incorrect information in the lessons and practice questions. I was submitting feedback on it and then stopped being given the option to submit feedback, I think because those getting the feedback didn't like my ongoing corrections. But there really was a TON of mistakes. All the corrections were warranted.

No instructions to download. No details where to find instructions.
