I appreciate how there is usually always a sale on textbooks. I was confused that my textbook didn't come with access to a test bank or flashcards. I wasn't aware of that my textbook didn't have those options so I emailed customer service. I got a generic email on how to log in and register my voucher. I emailed them back asking how to access the text bank and other course prep and got the same email sent back to me. So they probably don't have humans for their customer service because I feel like if they did I would have gotten an email back simply saying that my textbook just doesn't have those features.

Getting the book and all that was fine, just disappointed in the quality of the book. Waaaay too many typos. Especially in the answer key for the long practice test in chapter 14. I expect more from this book. Especially for a book I paid full price for and probably won’t ever use it again. Do better.

Had multiple questions with wrong answers. Disappointed.
