Mulitple orders get lost when submitted online and never get any response from you
I submitted this order online on 10/26/21, and the product was in stock at the time. Somehow I never received it and finally yesterday (11/8/21) I checked online and it shows "pending". I called the customer service and they had no explanation for it. This has happened multiple times in the past. You should have a reconciliation system and it should be able to tally up all the pending orders. Also, when an item is out of stock when it shows in stock online, you should notify the customer of this. I am not very confident in your system and processes.
