unacceptable delays for in-stock item
I placed an order on the Spectrum website on 10/05/22 for an in-stock item and it was supposed to ship within one day. However it had not shipped by 10/12/22, so I complained to my account representative. I made it very clear this was an urgent order. He couldn't give me answers and passed me onto someone more senior. Then it was still a few more days because of "a printing issue". The package finally shipped on 10/17/22. Then FedEx delayed the package even though it was at service level Priority Overnight. I finally received the package today 10/19/22. If I could find this chemical elsewhere, I would buy it elsewhere. While this is the worst instance of delays on website orders, it is not the first time! I will NOT order using the website again.
