Recommend to all compounders never buy anything from spectrum

Never buy anything again

We have been waiting for a product that I ordered in Jan and have never received. Each time I call I get a different response.

We've run across this issue previously that was escalated to Mr. Adams. The website gives you an estimate of when the product will be shipped, and we understand it is an estimate, however, with the option to "confirm shipping date" is false advertising if the product is not going out for A MONTH after the "confirmed" date. I understand there are supply shortages, as globally there are shortages on API's everywhere, but please, at least, correct/remove this awful feature. If the product is not available, THEN JUST SAY THAT. Again, this is not the first time we've encountered this, and quite frankly, it'll probably be the last, because we are tired of having to do damage control. - Shelby, CPhT, Inventory Manager
