Spectrum's customer service has diminished to the point of non-existence over the past 3 years. I'm astonished to see what was once a major contributor to the practice of compounding reduced to a rarely-considered option for me. Where did the formulation support go? Why do I have to confirm the shipping date on chemicals I order if they show they are in stock? Where did my customer service rep go?
